Due to circumstances, I have frequently had to visit the Baltic American Clinic over the past four months, although I had not been a patient there previously. I was pleasantly surprised by how the clinic has managed to assemble so many leading specialists in their respective fields – such as doctors Diana Karpec, Reda and Rolandas Žiobakai, Edita Samackaitė, and Rytis Masiliūnas. They are all not only excellent specialists in their fields, but also incredibly caring, kind, and attentive people who genuinely strive to help their patients. The reception staff also left an excellent impression – always helpful, polite, and professional. If you cannot get through, they return the call promptly. If a problem or an urgent situation arises, they always look for ways to help and almost always find a solution. If you have any questions, they always answer patiently and thoroughly. Although I do not usually like visiting healthcare facilities, visits to BAK are always pleasant.

Thank you to Dr Rolandas Žiobakas for his hard work and wealth of knowledge in helping me to conceive. I am currently 17 weeks pregnant and everything is going well so far; I am in nature’s hands. During my appointments with Dr Rolandas and his team, I felt a level of dedication unlike anywhere else. Great attentiveness and attention to even the finest details. The team’s seamless coordination, mutual trust and sincerity are also clearly evident. The team is exceptionally well-coordinated. Due to a severe deterioration in my facial skin condition, I had to attend this clinic on a Sunday. Although the visit was quite expensive, blood tests were carried out, an accurate diagnosis was established, and treatment was prescribed. Dr Dagmara Kazlauskienė, the doctor who consulted me, proved to be an excellent and highly responsible clinician, who listened attentively and provided a comprehensive consultation. A few days later, her diagnosis was also confirmed by Dr G.S.Lapinskaitė, a dermatologist and venereologist at Vilniaus universiteto ligoninės Santaros klinikos. Although I did not return to Baltijos-Amerikos klinika, Dr D.Kazlauskienė continued to follow up on my health status and issued an electronic prescription. I wish this lovely doctor every success!
