Payment
For your convenience the Clinic offers you several payment options: 

• you may pay with cash or by personal check
• Visa Card or Master Card,
• If your balance is too large to pay, the Administrative Office will help you design a payment plan.

Medical Insurance
As a private hospital Baltic American Clinic is recognised by all major private health insurance/assistance companies. Vilniaus Bankas Life insurance and Ergo Life insurance are in cooperation with the Clinic as well. We accept insurance from Lithuanian insurance companies mentioned above and vast spectrum of foreign insurance companies. We have a full-time Medical Insurance Manager to assist you with these matters.

Before service is rendered or as soon after as possible, make sure your insurance company and policy number is on file with our Administrative Office.

We will submit the claim form and any other additional information your insurance company requests of us. Before we can process your claim, however, we must have complete information from you. If agreed, the insurance company will send the payment directly to the Clinic.

If your insurance company does not pay for all your medical services or rejects the claim then the Clinic will bill you for those charges. Typically, those charges include deductibles, non-covered charges, and co-insurance. You are responsible for collecting your claim or negotiating settlement on a disputed claim.

As a service to you, the Clinic makes every reasonable effort to obtain payment according to your coverage.
